Pastor, teacher, author, business manager; Leo Hall, best known as "Rev" is highly influential in the community of Highgate. For 15 years Leo served as the pastor of Bethel United Church in Highgate, and has been the spiritual leader for hundreds in the community. It was a great privilege to have Leo’s backing of the vision of RAISE from its inception. His understanding of the holistic approach to community development and the impact that RAISE can have in meeting those needs lead him join RAISE in 2012 as the RAISE Jamaica Ltd. business manager. Leo, with his wife, Annette, and their two boys, relocated to Pompano Beach, FL in the fall of 2018, however his deep roots to the Highgate community keep him passionately involved in the continued development of RAISE Jamaica Ltd.
