Measures of Success

It is important to understand and identify what "SUCCESS" looks like.

Our development work in the Highgate community is a long-term investment.  We measure our "success" & "impact" in these four specific areas:

1.  Food Security

2.  Adequate Housing

3.  Meaningful Employment

4.  Local Care for the Poor

For us, success is NOT measured by the accomplishment of a lot of good deeds.  Nor is success measured by how good others feel about what they have given or accomplished in relation to the community.  We believe that God is doing something much more long-term, more sustainable, and more substantive than any one person or group's individual accomplishments - no matter how good they are.

We will know that we are succeeding if we can identify improvement and progress over the long-term in these four critically important areas.
