Measures of Success

It is important to understand and identify what "SUCCESS" looks like.

Our development initiatives in the Highgate community are a long-term investment. We evaluate our “success” and “impact” in four distinct areas:

1. Food Security

2. Adequate Housing

3. Meaningful Employment

4. Local Care for the Poor

For us, success is not solely determined by the accumulation of numerous benevolent actions. Nor is it measured by the positive sentiments expressed by others regarding their contributions or accomplishments in relation to the community. We firmly believe that a more profound and enduring success lies in the collective efforts of God, transcending the individual achievements of any single person or group, regardless of their commendable nature.

We will know that we are succeeding if we can identify improvement and progress over the long-term in these four critically important areas.
