Aaron is a gifted administrator who manages the many moving pieces and parts of our growing ministry. A 1993 graduate of Lincoln Christian College, Aaron has been actively involved in professional ministry over a 20+ year career. His experience includes working as a full-time youth minister, Christian retail store manager, and with a para-church mission organization as a Field Director for Belize, Jamaica, and Haiti. In that role, he collaborated with the long-term missionaries of each field to provide change in the communities they were working. That long-term, community impact led to his work with RAISE. Aaron says, “I have been with RAISE since its beginnings. It embodies my hopes and dreams about what we can and should do to live our lives as God intends. It is a privilege for me to work in this ministry in this place.” Aaron and wife Audra relocated from Indianapolis in 2012, and they now make their home in Indian Harbour Beach, FL. Aaron and Audra have 4 amazing children; Kaylie, Shawn, Alexis, and Aleyah.
